This Lemon Broccolini Amandine is easy to prepare and delicious.
Lemon Broccolini Amandine
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 bunches fresh Broccolini, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons sliced almonds
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add Broccolini; cook until crisp-tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain well, and keep warm.
- In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add almonds; cook until butter is browned and almonds are toasted. Remove from heat, and swirl in zest and salt. Drizzle onto Broccolini. Serve immediately.
