The green tomatoes are sliced in-house daily and dipped in buttermilk, then flour, and then Lawry’s seasoning before hitting the deep fryer. This must-visit spot in Athens takes their fried green tomatoes up a notch by serving them with a Vidalia Bacon Dressing that folks can’t get enough of.
