Ingredients
  1. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  2. 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  5. 1 teaspoon sugar
  6. 2 pounds French-style green beans
  7. 2 shallots, thinly sliced
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together oil and next 4 ingredients. Stir in green beans and shallots. Arrange in a single layer on prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; serve immediately.
