Red Rémoulade
Serves: about 1 cup
 
Ingredients
  • 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1⁄4 cup Creole mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dill pickle juice (reserved from Fried Pickles)
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning*
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
*We used Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning.
