Red Rémoulade
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup Creole mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dill pickle juice (reserved from Fried Pickles)
- ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning*
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
*We used Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning.
