Streusel Topping
Serves: about 1 cup
 
Ingredients
  • 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1⁄4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Using a pastry blender or 2 forks, cut in cold butter until mixture is crumbly. Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 30 minutes or until ready to use.
