1 small pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1⁄4-inch to 1⁄2-inch rings
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and ginger.
On a rimmed baking sheet, place pineapple rings in a single layer. Using a pastry brush, brush butter mixture evenly over both sides of pineapple rings.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill pineapple slices until heated through and golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Let cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
