Coconut Lime Glaze
- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1⁄4 cup coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- In a small bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar and coconut milk until smooth. Add lime zest, whisking until combined. Use immediately, or tightly cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
