Tea-infused Strawberry Butter
- 1⁄4 cup puréed strawberries
- 2 tablespoons Lemony Sweet Tea Concentrate (precedes)
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- In a medium bowl, beat all ingredients with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Serve at room temperature.
