Cinnamon Sugar Bacon
Serves: 1 pound
 
Ingredients
  • 1⁄4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound center-cut bacon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil; top with a wire rack.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, cinnamon, and pepper.
  3. On prepared rack, arrange bacon. Sprinkle sugar mixture over bacon.
  4. Bake until bacon is crisp, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
