Stone-Ground Mustard Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
