Creamy Whipped Frosting
- 1⁄2 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream cheese at medium speed until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, and salt, beating until combined. Add cream, and beat at high speed until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
