Whipped Cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a large bowl, beat all ingredients with a mixer at medium-high speed until medium to stiff peaks form. Use immediately, or refrigerate until ready to use.
