Creamy Lime Sauce
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chipotle hot sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
- In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
