Creamy Peanut Butter Frosting
Serves: Makes about 4 cups
 
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese with a mixer at low speed until smooth and creamy. Add peanut butter and vanilla, beating until combined, stopping to scrape sides of bowl. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until smooth. Increase mixer speed to medium; beat until smooth and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes. Use immediately.
