Lime and Mint Berry Salad
Makes about 7 cups
Ingredients
1 lime, juiced
⅓ cup honey
2 cups quartered fresh strawberries
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups fresh blackberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
¼ cup fresh mint leaves, torn
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey. Gently stir in all fruit and mint until combined. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
