Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting
 
Makes about 3 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 6 cups confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add strawberries, vanilla, and salt, beating until combined. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until smooth. Use immediately.
