Roasted Green Beans

Makes 10 to 12 servings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 pounds French-style green beans
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together oil and next 4 ingredients. Stir in green beans and shallots. Arrange in a single layer on prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; serve immediately.
